從維基百科取得他的資料,自己擷取重點翻譯囉! Swiss Chalet 是加拿大家族式連鎖性餐廳,成立於 1954 多倫多. 目前在加拿大跟美國有 180 家分店.其下有一個分部是由 Cara 所營運.有一漢堡連鎖店 Harvey's.

此店的名稱是源自於其內部的設計,其特色有橫樑式的建築像極了瑞士阿爾卑士山的小木屋.

第一家店是地址在多倫多 234 Bloor Street 有五十二年的歷史.可是在 2006 年的九月十日因為要蓋公寓所以此店結束營業.

此家餐廳的特色餐點為 rotisserie 雞 以及 煙燻烤肋排, 附上薯條/烤番薯/沙拉/燙青菜或是馬鈴薯泥等等副餐.可以在加拿大的超市買到真正的烤雞調味料.

最有特色的非 1/4 雞肉套餐,是由雞腿與雞胸肉所組成,當然還有不可或缺的醬料.
